Intuitive look and feel improves handling, safety and reliability

The intuitive look and feel of the new Tetra Tebel OST control panel interface combined with multilingual support and improved recipe handling makes it operator friendly and improves handling and production safety.

The user interface is organised to suit the operator and his tasks. When using a particular functionality, the buttons are where the operator expects them to be and does what the operator wants them to do. Manual operations are limited, diminishing the risk for human error.

The Tetra Tebel OST control panel is designed as a plug and play unit and is prepared for central control. The operator panel is placed adjacent to the manhole on top of the tank. It provides the possibility to monitor/control the process from the control room. To improve the flexibility of cheese making, the drive unit is equipped with an encoder, which makes parameters such as speed, number of revolutions and stop positions adjustable within the recipe steps.

The new Tetra Tebel OST control panel has new functionalities, a new user interface and new design, in order to achieve better process control and more efficient production.
