Tetra Albatch - stirred, not shaken

Tetra Albatch is a new product from Tetra Pak, which improves batch processing for many high viscous and particulate products such as jam, marmalade, sauces, beans etc.

The Tetra Albatch food processor mixes and also heats, cools, deaerates and evaporates, all in one compact unit. It is the ideal food processor for mechanically sensitive products, securing excellent particle integrity and minimal air incorporation.

Gentle product treatment using Tetra Albatch is achieved with a slow revolving screw-formed horizontal mixer that keeps the particles intact throughout all process steps, securing a homemade taste and appearance.
