Bread pudding with cherry
A treat for those with the sweet tooth!
You will need
| 300g white bread |
Measuring cups and spoons |
| 2 eggs |
Bowl |
| 50g raisins |
Spoon |
| 30g cherries |
Serving plate |
| 150g fine sugar |
|
| 450ml soy milk |
|
| 1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence |
|
Method
1. Soak the bread in the soy milk for 5 minutes.
2. Add the vanilla essence, eggs and sugar. Then add the raisins and cherries. Stir evenly.
3. Bake in oven for 40 minutes at 150˚C.
4. Place on a serving plate and enjoy.
