Iced pineapple tea

Here’s a cool party drink you can make – for a party, your family or just for yourself.

You will need

100ml water  Saucepan
7 tea bags  Cling wrap
235ml unsweetened pineapple juice  Spoon
80ml lemon juice  Jug
25g sugar   Measuring cups and spoons


Method
1. Boil the water and remove from heat.
2. Add the teabags and cover, letting it steep for a few minutes. (For a stronger taste, leave the tea bags in for about 10 minutes. You could also add some mint to counter the sweetness of the sugar).
3. Remove the tea bags and stir in the lemon and pineapple juices, along with the sugar.
4. Refrigerate overnight.
5. Serve with ice.
