Quick apple snack
Here’s a quick and easy recipe, that’s also healthy.
You will need
| 4 apples |
A knife |
| 1/2 cup apple juice |
A vegetable peeler |
| 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
Microwave-safe baking dish |
| 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel |
Measuring cups and spoons |

Cling wrap |
| |
Serving plate |

Method
1. Peel, core and slice the apples into rounds.
2. Arrange the apples in the ungreased baking dish in two rows.
3. Pour the apple juice over the apples and sprinkle with cinnamon and lemon peel.
4. Cover with cling wrap and microwave on high for 7 minutes or until apples are tender. You may want to turn them over after 3.5 minutes.
5. Serve, and eat while still warm.
