Tetra Pak® A6 iLine
Designed for space
The Tetra Pak® A6 filling machine is a cost efficient machine that takes up to at least 50% less space in production halls. It costs less to operate, has a lower investment cost and uses half the electricity compared to other aseptic bottling lines. Offering state-of-the-art sterilization technologies, the packages it produces keep products fresh and safe for up to six months.
The Tetra Pak A6 iLine for Tetra Evero® Aseptic by achieving breakthroughs in:
Injection moulding: Injection moulding technology allows the fusing of the top, carton sleeve and capped neck into a ready-to-fill package.
Aseptic sterilization: Called "gas phase technology", the package is sterilised in the aseptic chamber in three steps. First, the package is pre-heated. Second, it is treated with hydrogen peroxide gas. Finally, it is ventilated with sterile air to eliminate all the gas in preparation for product filling.
Distance filling: The sterile package enters the Distance Filling section of the machine where it is filled with product in four steps to minimise foaming. With few moving parts, the air flow is not disrupted leading to a reliable, high quality filling process.
Opening & closure technology: Tetra Evero Aseptic has a one step opening offering superior level of protection - world's first one step opening with two step safety feature.
Capacity: 10 000 packages/hour
