Choose renewables
The single most important decision you can take, is to choose packages made to the greatest extent using renewable resources – renewable materials and renewable energy.

To ensure that they are actually renewed, look for certification, or check out the company’s websites – to ensure that there are policies and practices in place that confirm the resources are renewed.

Finally, see if the company’s commitments and activities are in line with environmental NGOs’ standards.

Recycle
Put your empty carton in the right container, support recycling systems in your community. What happens to used packaging is determined by local authorities and legislation. But participating in recycling is an active and positive environmental choice.
