The Tetra Spiraflo C is the tubular heat exchanger that means less heat losses. The Floating Protection System allows for a design with product-to-product heat recovery. For example, choosing a heat recovery of 80% compared to 66 at an annual production flow of 95 million litres, this results in total savings of approximately 80 000 €. This means a pay back time of less than a year on the Tetra Spiraflo heat exchanger. Plus a reduction of carbon foot print of more than 500 tons annually. A big leap for our customer’s business, a smaller foot print on environment.
