OneStep technology is the shortcut to UHT white milk processing that also enables outstanding savings on both costs and environmental impact. Based on a line producing 19,000 litres per hour with 120 hours of production per week, OneStep technology reduces both fresh water consumption by up to 60% and energy consumption by up to 35%. Furthermore, the streamlined process, fewer water/product mix zones, and better accuracy in chemical use during Cleaning in Place (CIP) cuts product loss by up to 33%, waste by up to 60%, and effluent load by as much as 37%. All this adds up to reduce the carbon footprint of the production process by 40%.
