Tetra Hoyer DeepBlue CK, our low temperature ice cream second stage freezer, cools ice cream to enable new product shapes and performs cold kneading for excellent creaminess. Low temperature freezing reduces energy consumption and cost by 10 – 15% compared to the conventional freezing of 3000 l/h bulk ice cream. In 4000 hours of production per year, this saves 80,000 kWh of electricity, reducing running cost and environmental impact.
