Tetra Hoyer Frigus KF-F
Reduce product waste and product “giveaway” by 33%. The new generation of Tetra Hoyer Frigus KF-F freezers means more sellable products per kg of ice cream mix and thus higher profit. This is achieved by decreasing the standard deviation on output and thus on the final ice cream product size from typically 1.5 percent with existing freezers to less than 1 percent with the new generation.

Tetra Hoyer DeepBlue CK
The Tetra Hoyer DeepBlue CK low-temperature freezing reduces energy consumption and cost by some 10 – 15 percent compared to the conventional freezing of 3,000 l/h bulk ice cream.

Tetra Hoyer Extrusion lines F2
The new design of the SL-F2 cooling tunnel enables a reduction of typically 15 percent of the energy needed to freeze extruded products down to the required core temperature below -18ºC, compared to previous designs, including those of competitors.
