Yoghurt based drinks
Yoghurt is a dairy product produced by fermentation of milk, most commonly cow's milk.
The fermentation of milk sugar (lactose) produces lactic acid, which acts on milk protein to give yoghurt its texture and taste. In most countries, a product may be called yoghurt only if live bacteria are present in the final product.
Fermented milk is produced using the same fermentation process as yoghurt, but stopping the process earlier. Examples of fermented milk products are traditional sour milk like kefir, laban and filmjölk (Swedish sour milk).
We supply a complete range of processing and packaging solutions for yoghurt and yoghurt-based drinks.
