Cheese

From the raw milk stream we help our customers to get cheese in a multitude of tastes and shapes for different occasions or as tasty ingredients in prepared dishes.

Our brands Tetra Tebel, Tetra Damrow and Tetra Scherping are synonymous with cheese-making systems for a wide variety of cheese, including hard and semi-hard cheese, cheddar and pasta filata, liquid filled cheese and cottage cheese.

Individual kinds of equipment can be supplied to carry out specific processing tasks. This might mean anything from milk intake and pre-treatment, through curd making, drainage and forming, to cheese handling and in some cases, also packaging. In addition, many of our improvements can be integrated into existing plants using upgrade kits.

We also offer a complete portfolio of solutions to handle whey treatment, enabling you to take advantage of the growing market for whey derivates and thereby maximise the profitability of your plant.
