Merry Soy Milk Jelly

Ingredients
25gm jelly
1500ml water
250gm sugar
½ cup soy milk in Tetra Pak carton
½ teaspoon salt or as needed

Method
1. Put jelly, water and sugar in a pot. Let it simmer until the jelly thickens.
2. Add in salt and soy milk. 3. Take a portion of the jelly and divide it into.
3. different colours – pink, green and yellow. Leave it to cool and harden.
4. Meanwhile, heat the rest of the white jelly on low heat.
5. When the first portion hardened, press with a mould or cut into cubes. Arrange in your favourite jelly container.
6. Pour the rest of the jelly into the container. Leave it to cool and harden.
7. Refrigerate before serving.
