Iced Pineapple Tea

We found this slightly different recipe while on the Web. Here’s a cool party drink you can make the night before and not worry about your visitors going home drunk!

You’ll need:

1. 945 ml water
2. 7 tea bags
3. 235 ml unsweetened Tetra Pak-packed pineapple juice
4. 80 ml Tetra Pak-packed lemon juice
5. 7 25 g sugar

1. Bring the water to boil in a saucepan and remove from heat.
2. Add in the teabags and cover. Let it steep for a few minutes (for a stronger taste, leave it in for about 10 minutes. You can also add a mint leaf or two to counter the sweetness of the sugar).
3. Remove the tea bags and stir in the lemon and pineapple juices along with the sugar.
4. Refrigerate overnight. Serve over ice.
