Soy Milk Bread Pudding
Ingredients
300gm white bread
2 eggs
50gm raisins
30gm cherries
150gm fine sugar
450ml soy milk in Tetra Pak carton
¼ teaspoon vanilla essence
Method
1. Soak bread in soy milk for 5 minutes.
2. Add in vanilla essence, eggs and sugar. Then add in raisins and cherries. Stir evenly.
3. Bake in oven for 40 minutes at 150˚C.
