Tetra Pak A3/Flex

Tetra Pak A3/Flex offers you flexibility for Tetra Brik Aseptic and Tetra Prisma Aseptic packages. It is designed to easily change between different package volumes and shapes.

Using Quick Change you can convert between any two volumes with same bottom cross section in 10 minutes.

Big Change enables you to convert between any two package shapes in around nine hours (23 hours for TBA 2000 ml). The machine can produce 22 different Tetra Brik Aseptic and Tetra Prisma Aseptic packages from 200 ml to 2000 ml, with a capacity from 5000 to 8000 p/h.

Tetra Gemina Aseptic packages are produced on a modified version of the Tetra Pak A3/Flex platform. The TGA filling machine shares more than 85% of common parts with the standard Tetra Pak A3/Flex.
