Juice pasteurization - optimized while retaining product quality

New findings from Tetra Pak indicate that we may be over-pasteurizing some of our drinking juices. Lowering the temperature in the second pasteurization can lead to a 20% reduction of energy consumption and a 16% carbon footprint reduction with product quality maintained.
