Tetra Therm Lacta
Tetra Therm Lacta 10 is a dairy pasteurisation unit specially designed for continuous processing and pasteurisation of market milk, cheese milk, yoghurt milk, cream, ice cream mix and other low acid liquid dairy products.
Processing of pasteurised milk often includes heat treatment, separation, standardisation, and homogenisation, prior to buffering and packaging. With proper chilled distribution, pasteurised milk has a shelf life of 5-15 days.
