Homogenisation

Homogenisation is used to avoid the formation of a cream line, to increase viscosity or to create a better texture in dairy products. The process causes disruption of fat globules in an emulsion.

Our range of Tetra Alex homogenisers cuts energy demands thanks to an efficient homogenising device and low cooling water consumption. The  machines generate lower sound levels that improve your working environment.

Our homogenisers ensure safe and reliable production as they are made from high quality materials and have a service-friendly design.

We provide eight different models ranging from pilot scale up to 45 800 litres per hour at a homogenisation pressure of 160 bar. The working pressure of each model can be varied up to 400 bar.
