Ice cream enrobing

We offer units for enrobing ice cream and similar products with all types of liquid coating, including coatings containing small particles. The liquid coating is continuously circulated from the tank to the top coating spray nozzles and bottom coating dip tray.

The coating level in the dip-tray under the first belt section is adjustable. The top coating spray nozzles are adjustable in all directions so that the coating curtain produced by the special design of the nozzles can be inclined at any angle and position to achieve a uniform enrobing of differently shaped products.
