The Tetra Hoyer DeepBlue ECM

The Tetra Hoyer DeepBlue ECM extrusion and cutting module is specially designed for extrusion and cutting of highly viscous low temperature ice cream. The ice cream is extruded onto trays on a worktable to make stick novelties, bar products, slices, sandwiches or cakes.

The module can be used together with any existing extrusion line for one or two line production.
