Tetra Hoyer DeepBlue Sandwich

The Tetra Hoyer DeepBlue SM is a ice cream sandwich module for producing high quality uncoated sandwich products. The module comprises biscuit dispensing, product carriers and an after-pressing device.

The low temperature ice cream slice is extruded onto the bottom biscuit by the Tetra Hoyer DeepBlue ECM extrusion and cutting module. Tetra Hoyer DeepBlue SM sandwich module is a stand-alone module that can be connected to a single-line wrapping machine.

 

Capacities:

  • Gravity dispenser: up to 6000 products per hour
  • Rotary dispenser: up to 9000 products per hour

2 gravity biscuit dispensers are emloyed to place the biscuits before and after the Tetra Hoyer DeepBlue ECM extrusion and cutting module.
