Too good for the garbage can

Doing the right thing is getting easier by the day, and there’s something therapeutic about putting cartons in the recycling bin for curb side collection. Once it’s been repulped, a carton can come back as tissue products. In any case, a Tetra Pak carton is simply too good for a garbage can.

Tetra Pak knows that recycling is very important. We are looking for ways to aggressively expand carton recycling within the next three years. We’ve come a long way since we’ve started carton recycling programs in the US in 1999. Today, 20% of the total US residents across 26 states (and growing) have access to carton recycling. Globally, 25 billion packages were recycled last year.
