Tetra Plex C-ECO

(Electric Closing and Opening)

 A Stainless Steel Frame Plate Heat Exchanger with an automatic Electric Closure/Opener frame from Tetra Pak.  With the touch of the button, the quiet electric drive opens the heat exchanger plate pack to allow for quick and easy access and maintenance to the plates.  And with the touch of the same button, it will automatically close the plate pack to a specified dimension.  Both are accomplished with out the need or use of Hydraulic Oil.

The heat transfer plates are available with two different pattern designs allowing for the highest heat transfer efficiencies while optimizing product and media pressure drops.  Plate material is available in 316 S. S. as standard, as well as SMO 254 and Titanium for more aggressive solutions.  A unique distribution area provides an even flow over the entire plate surface for proper heat transfer and cleaning.

Plates are supplied with glue-free Clip-On gaskets available in various food grade materials.
