Aseptic Dosing Unit

Tetra Aldose is used for aseptic dosing of heat sensitive additives into aseptic systems. Examples of additives, which are suitable for aseptic dosing, are vitamins, aromas, flavorings, colorings, enzymes, stabilizers, emulsifiers and salt solutions.
 
The main applications are lactose reduced milk, enriched milk, flavored milk and fresh cheese.  It can also be used to achieve a sweeter taste in unsweetened milk products. The possibility to use heat sensitive additives provides a wider product range and cost savings.
