The Tetra Hoyer Dino Series
Tetra Hoyer Dino systems are suitable for the transfer of frozen ice cream stick novelties, sandwich products, cones and wafer cups from trays of a Tetra Hoyer Straightline to Tetra Hoyer Single-lane and Multi-lane Flow Wrappers. They can all be connected to the different Tetra Hoyer Straightline models. All models can be equipped to coat with juice as well as chocolate. Four models are available with different capacities and lanes.
The new Tetra Hoyer Dino C2 and Tetra Hoyer Dino N2 for:
- Gripper arms, which can move out of chain for dipping and product release
- Higher capacity due to stationary dipping tanks
- Improved hygiene due to horizontal in-feed of sticks
- Positive transfer to wrapping
Tetra Hoyer Dino F offers flexible dipping times and configurations making it possible to dip with other coatings such as caramel in several different layers. It is also possible to produce different coloured or flavoured coatings in one production process.
