Adolfo has been President & CEO of Tetra Pak since April 2019. With a career spanning over three decades at Tetra Pak, he has led various functions and businesses across geographies.
Playing a fundamental role in defining the company’s strategy, Adolfo has been a driving force behind the company’s purpose – to commit to make food safe and available everywhere, and to Protect What’s Good - protecting food, people and the planet.
Adolfo is based in Lausanne, Switzerland. Originally from Mexico, he has a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Ibero-American University (IBERO) and a master’s degree in business administration from Mexico Autonomous Institute of Technology (ITAM).
Marco Dorna has been Executive Vice President for Market Operations since December 2025. He previously served as Managing Director of Tetra Pak Brazil.
Marco joined Tetra Pak in 2004 as a trainee and has since held a variety of leadership roles, including Managing Director for Central America and the Caribbean, as well as senior management positions in Brazil, Southern Africa, and Arabia Area markets.
Marco is based in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is Brazilian and holds a degree in Economics from São Paulo State University (UNESP), an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas, and has completed the Stanford University Executive Program.
Tatiana has been Executive Vice President for Packaging Solutions since December 2025. She was previously Executive Vice President for Market Operations.
She joined the company in 1998 and went on to hold a number of senior management positions including Managing Director of Tetra Pak Mexico, Tetra Pak Andina and Tetra Pak Peru.
Tatiana is based in Lausanne, Switzerland. She is Peruvian and has a master’s degree in business administration from Babson College, Massachusetts.
Roberto has been Executive Vice President for Processing Solutions & Equipment since December 2025. He was previously Executive Vice President for Services.
Roberto joined the company in 2007 as a Programme Manager in Development & Engineering. He went on to hold positions including Vice President Carton Value & Economy Platform and Cluster Leader Services, South Europe.
Roberto is based in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is Italian/British and has a degree in mechanical engineering from Anglia Ruskin University.
Ola has been since Executive Vice President for Services since December 2025. He was previously Executive Vice President for Packaging Solutions.
Ola started his career as a Production Management Trainee at the Lund Tetra Pak factory in 1990. He later held positions including Vice President Business Unit Liquid Food, Vice President Supply Chain Operations in Greater China and Managing Director Tetra Pak South-Eastern Europe.
Ola is based in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is Swedish and has a master’s degree in electronic and electrical engineering from the Lund Institute of Technology.
Sara has been Executive Vice President for Development & Technology (D&T) since September 2024. She was previously Vice President of Programme Management in D&T and Managing Director for Tetra Pak Packaging Solutions S.p.A. in Modena, Italy.
Sara joined Tetra Pak in 2001 as a Development Engineer. She went on to hold positions such as Vice President of Equipment Engineering and Director of Line Engineering Carton Value & Economy.
Sara is based in Lausanne, Switzerland. She is Italian and holds a master’s degree in industrial design from the University of Florence. She also has a 2-year master’s degree in technology and innovation management from the Business School of the University of Bologna.
Martin has been Executive Vice President for Sustainability & Communications since December 2025. He was previously Executive Vice President for Communications. He is also the Tetra Laval Group Corporate Affairs Officer.
Martin entered the Tetra Laval Group in 2011 when he joined Sidel, eventually becoming Vice President Group Communications for the company. He then joined Tetra Pak in 2018 as Communications Director. He previously held communications positions at Deutsche Bank, International Workplace Group and Standard & Poor’s.
Martin is based in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is British and holds a degree in Communications from the University of Wales Cardiff.
Bruce has been Executive Vice President for Finance & Supplier Management since November 2021. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President for Finance, Supplier Management & Business Transformation and member of the former Global Leadership Team.
Bruce joined the company in 1995 as a Management Accountant based in South Africa and previously held several senior management positions.
Bruce is based in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is South African and has degrees in commerce and accounting from the University of Natal. He is also a Certified Chartered Accountant (South Africa), Chartered Management Accountant (UK) and Certified Global Management Accountant (USA).
Phil has been Executive Vice President for Human Resources & Transformation since November 2021. He was previously Senior Vice President for Human Resources (HR) and member of the former Global Leadership Team. He is also the Tetra Laval Group HR Officer.
Phil joined the company in 2008 as Vice President HR Supply Chain, following careers with Dow Chemical and Novartis Pharmaceuticals, and was later appointed Vice President HR Packaging Solutions.
Phil is based in the UK. He is British and has two master’s degrees – one in natural sciences from Cambridge University and the other in international policy from the University of Bristol.
Sébastien has been Executive Vice President for Legal Affairs & General Counsel since January 2022.
He was previously General Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Directors at Rexel. Prior to that Sébastien held senior positions in Airbus Defence and Space CIS, and in Alcatel. During his career, he has been based in China, France, Indonesia, Singapore and the UK.
Sébastien is based in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is French and holds a double degree in French and German law from Université de Paris X, as well as a master’s (DESS) in International Business Law.

Tetra Laval works to positively impact people's lives worldwide through three industry groups – Tetra Pak, DeLaval, and Sidel. Each provides innovative systems to improve the efficiency, quality and safety of food production, as well as the processing, packaging, and distribution of food.
The individual industry groups report directly to the Tetra Laval Group Board, which sets the overall strategy of the Group and oversees all business operations. The Chairman ensures the Group's decisions, policies and strategies are implemented effectively.
