Extruded sticks

Looking for a solution for a novelty-shaped product? Extrusion is the answer. Circle, oval or funny-face – any shape that can be cut in a slice is possible. They can be coated with ingredients, with ripples or decorated in layers for more indulgent appeal.

While the production process involves more steps and requires more production space than moulded sticks, superior freeze control enables you to achieve consistent high quality with minimal variations part-to-part and cut-to-cut.

Moulded sticks

Multi-flavour or -layered ice cream sticks are extremely popular – and very price competitive. You can create Ddifferent shapes with or without coatings and ingredients – the possibilities are endless.
