The advanced Tetra Pak® Dust Filter FL002 offers optimal filtration of powder products. It secures high product quality through its outstanding hygienic standards and minimises the risk of foreign particles in the product. The unit also features fast and complete self-cleaning, a robust design and very ergonomic access for maintenance. This efficient filtration solution is EC and ATEX-compliant, and certified according to 1935/2004/CE and US FDA regulations.

Designed for efficient filtration

The filtering media prevents powder and dust accumulation, and its shape makes it particularly suitable for hygienic environments in food processing. Dust emissions are low thanks to the efficient filtering, which also ensures a clean work environment. Furthermore, the filter features fast and complete self-cleaning to avoid clogging of the sleeve. The cylindrical design of the body facilitates cleaning and prevents retention of powder.

A versatile solution

The filter ensures volumetric air exchange. It can also be equipped with a fan to allow a wide variety of applications, such as mixing, pneumatic conveying and discharging from a hopper over a feeder using an airlock.
