Tetra Pak® Extrusion unit LT ice cream extrusion and cutting module

The Tetra Pak Extrusion unit LT extrusion and cutting module is designed for multipurpose shaping and cutting of low temperature ice cream typically between -12°C and -15°C (11°F and 5°F).

The ice cream, which may contain small inclusions, is extruded e.g. onto trays on a worktable to make stick novelties, bar products, slices, sandwiches or up to medium size cakes. The module can be used together with any existing extrusion line for one- or two-lane production. For two-lane production a double module is required.
