We regularly measure employee engagement and act on feedback through a mix of large-scale surveys every two years and pulse surveys twice a year.
In our most recent engagement survey, we scored 10% above the manufacturing industry average on diversity and inclusion, with 84% of employees saying they can bring their whole selves to work. In 2024, we introduced voluntary self-identification questions on ethnicity, disability, neurodiversity and LGBTQIA+ identities, giving us deeper insights to shape inclusion strategies and ensure every voice is heard.
