The three shapes in the Tetra Gemina Aseptic family – Square, Leaf, and Crystal – and all four sizes can be produced on the same filling machine, giving you great production flexibility. Volume Conversion Kits allow you to change package shape faster than changing the entire line, and if you need to change between sizes of the same shape, QuickChange™ kits increases your daily operational flexibility – helping you keep pace with the changing demands of your market.
What’s the secret behind the package’s great pouring performance and high consumer functionality? A wide opening that allows the right flow of liquid, and sufficient air entry, to prevent gulping. And with a cap on the slanted top, it can be poured with less tilt and a faster, more vertical pour.
The Tetra Gemina Aseptic is the tallest of all our 1000 ml packages, and with a unique top resembling a chilled “gable top” package, standing out on crowded shelves isn’t an issue. And with a seamless, edgeless graphic design space that extends across all sides of the package, there’s plenty of room for creative designs and endless branding opportunities.
Our cartons are made of, on average, 70% responsibly sourced paper, which is a renewable resource. All paperboard used in our packages comes from forests certified to Forest Stewardship CouncilTM (FSCTM) and other controlled sources. Options include Bonsucro-certified plant-based polymers and the use of certified recycled polymers.
The FSC licence code for Tetra Pak is FSCTM C014047.

Take the guesswork out of new product development and let us guide you from the idea stage through innovation to successful market launch. At our Product Development Centres (PDCs), skilled Tetra Pak food technologists and process engineers help you adapt product recipes for new markets, find smarter processing solutions, make better use of expensive raw ingredients, and satisfy your consumers’ desire for new taste experiences.
Aseptic technology ensures that both food and packaging materials are free from harmful bacteria when it’s packaged. This keeps food safe and flavourful on the shelf for at least six months, and allows it to retain more colour, texture, taste and nutrition – all without the need for refrigeration or preservatives.
Whether you need a framework for your sustainability transformation, help outlining and implementing a go-to-market plan for new products, or support to integrate the production and improve operational efficiency, we are here to guide you.
The sustainability challenges faced by the food & beverage industry can only be solved by collective actions that decarbonise and transform the world’s food systems, while contributing to circularity and increasing food packaging recycling. See how we’re contributing to this sustainable development.
