Dennis Jönsson has been President and CEO of Tetra Pak Group since 2006.
Dennis was appointed to the Global Leadership Team in 2001 as head of the Carton Ambient Business Area. Before that, he served in a number of senior management positions including Managing Director in Panama, Mexico and the USA. He joined the company in 1982 as a marketing trainee.
Dennis is based in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is Swedish, and has a degree in Business and Administration from the Swedish University of Stockholm.
Executive Vice President,Supply Chain Operations
Eric Baudier has been Executive Vice President, Supply Chain Operations and member of the Global Leadership Team since 2016.
Eric previously held a number of senior management positions including Vice President Supply Chain Packaging Materials and Base Materials and Vice President Converting for Europe and Africa. He joined the company in 1989 as a Design Handling Manager.
Eric is based in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is French, and has a degree in Paper and Printing Science Engineering from the Grenoble Engineering School Pagora in France.
Senior Vice President,Corporate Communications
Nicholas Bloch has been Senior Vice President, Communications, and a member of the Global Leadership Team since January 2019. He joined Tetra Pak in 2017 as Vice President, Communications for the European and Central Asia cluster, before being appointed Vice President for Corporate Internal Communications. Before joining Tetra Pak, Nicholas spent seven years as Executive Vice President for Group Communications at Sidel, also within the Tetra Laval Group.
Nicholas is based in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is Danish and has a master’s degree in communication management from Università della Svizzera Italiana.
Executive Vice President,Product Management & Commercial Operations
Charles Brand has been Executive Vice President, Product Management & Commercial Operations and member of the Global Leadership Team since 2015.
Prior to taking this role, Charles held several senior management positions including Global Vice President of Marketing & Product Management and Managing Director in Taiwan. He joined the company in 1985 as an Electronics Development Engineer.
Charles is based in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is British, and has a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Lund in Sweden.
Senior Vice President,Finance & Business Transformation
Bruce Burrows has been Senior Vice President, Finance & Business Transformation and member of the Global Leadership Team since 2012.
Bruce previously held several senior management positions with the company, which he joined in 1995 as a management accountant based in South Africa.
Bruce is based in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is South African, and has degrees in Commerce and Accounting from the University of Natal in South Africa. He is a certified Chartered Accountant (South Africa), Chartered Management Accountant (UK) and Certified Global Management Accountant (USA).
Executive Vice President,Processing Solutions & Equipment
Monica Gimre has been Executive Vice President, Processing Systems and member of the Global Leadership Team since 2016.
Before that, Monica held a number of senior management positions, including Vice President Processing Components & Supply Chain and Cluster Leader Processing North Europe. She started her career in 1983 as a design engineer at Alfa Laval Food Engineering, which was acquired by the company in 1991.
Monica is based in Lund, Sweden. She is Swedish, and has a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Lund Institute of Technology in Sweden.

Michael Grosse has been Executive Vice President, Development & Service Operations since 2011.
Michael joined the company in 2003 as Vice President Development Carton Ambient and was appointed to the Global Leadership Team in 2006 as Executive Vice President, Development & Engineering.
Michael is based in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is German, and has a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Braunschweig, and master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Munich and Business Administration from the University of Regensburg in Germany.
Cluster Vice President,Europe & Central Asia
Charles Heaulme has been Cluster Vice President for Europe & Central Asia and member of the Global Leadership Team since 2015.
Charles previously held a number of senior management positions, including Cluster Vice President for South Europe and Managing Director in Iberia. He joined the company in 1999 as Finance Director of the manufacturing division in Italy.
Charles is based in Hochheim, Germany. He is French and has a degree in Business Administration from the University Audencia in France.
Senior Vice President Legal Affairs & General Counsel
Pål Lunning has been Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs & General Counsel and member of the Global Leadership Team since 2013.
Pål is also Deputy General Counsel for the Tetra Laval Group, a position he has served since 2012 when he joined the Group. Prior to that, he had worked with Ericsson for 21 years, holding senior positions in Stockholm, Kuala Lumpur and Beijing.
Pål is based in Stockholm. He is Swedish, and has a master’s degree in Law from Stockholm University in Sweden.
Cluster Vice President,North, Central & South America
Adolfo Orive has been Cluster Vice President for North, Central & South America since 2015 and a member of the Global Leadership team since 2014.
Adolfo previously held several senior management positions, including Cluster Vice President for Europe & Central Asia and Managing Director in Colombia and Spain. He joined the company in 1993 in Mexico as a Commercial Director.
Adolfo is based in Denton, USA. He is Mexican and has degrees in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Iberoamericana and Business Administration from the Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico.
Senior Vice President,Human Resources
Phil Read has been Senior Vice President, Human Resources (HR) and member of the Global Leadership Team since 2014. He is also Group HR Officer for the Tetra Laval Group.
Phil joined the company in 2008 as Vice President HR Supply Chain, following careers with Dow Chemical and Novartis Pharmaceuticals, and was later appointed Vice President HR Packaging Solutions.
Phil is based in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is British and has master’s degrees in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University and International Policy from the University of Bristol in Britain.
Cluster Vice President,,Greater China
Steve Yin has been Cluster Vice President for Greater China since 2012 and a member of the Global Leadership Team since 2014.
Prior to that, Steve held a number of senior management positions, including Vice President, Commercial East in China. Prior to joining the company in 2009 as Managing Director in Taiwan, he had worked with several multi-national companies, including Hewlett-Packard, Kimberley-Clark and Rexam.
Steve is based in Shanghai, China. He is American, and has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley in the USA.
Cluster Vice President,South Asia, East Asia & Oceania
Chris Kenneally has been Cluster Vice President for South Asia, East Asia & Oceania, and member of the Global Leadership Team since 2017.
Before this, Chris held a number of senior management positions, including Managing Director for Japan and Korea. Prior to joining the company in 2008 as Global Marketing Director, he had held various senior positions with The Coca-Cola Company and Mars.
Chris is based in Singapore. He is Australian and has a degree in Business from the Swinburne University of Technology in Australia.
Cluster Vice President,Greater Middle East & Africa
Amar Zahid has been Cluster Vice President for Greater Middle East & Africa and member of the Global Leadership Team since 2014.
Amar previously held a number of senior management positions, including Cluster Vice President for Northeast Asia & Oceania and Managing Director of Arabia. He joined the company in 1994 as a Sales Executive in Saudi Arabia.
Amar is based in Dubai, UAE. He is British, and has degrees in Marine Engineering and Science from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow in Britain.

Laurence Mott was appointed to his current position as Executive Vice President, Development & Engineering in 2018.
Laurence joined Tetra Pak in 2001 as Aseptic Technology Manager, based in Sweden. Since then he has held a number of management positions including Vice President, Packaging Technologies and Vice President, Carton Bottle & Gable Top Packaging Platform.
Laurence is based in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is British, and has a PhD in Fibre Science and Mechanics from University of Maine and a master of science degree from the University of Wales, UK.
