Efficiency of ordering processes with the customer is pivotal for Customer Service Representative Inge. The process should be as simple as possible with a short turnaround time. Furthermore, she focuses on getting customer designs print ready in close consultation with the customer; the customer benefits from efficiency in this process as well.

Freedom & Responsibility

As Design Manager Robert guarantees maximal conversion of a customer pack design to a printed beverage carton. He looks for maximal impact of the brand experience on the retail shelves within the range of printing technology possibilities.

Partnership & Fun

Partnership also means to create added value to the relationship with our customer. For example, Sales Manager Processing Joris organises a WCM workshop with the customer in order to exchange knowledge, often followed by an informal gathering with drinks and snacks to end the day.

Innovation by means of continuous improvement techniques, such as 5S and AM, gives Technical Service & Sales Manager Jan the opportunity to realise quality improvement in the customer’s production process. This also leads to less use of water and electricity, and thus environmental gains as well.
