Enables better product quality

This is a pressurized system, as opposed to an open hopper, which means that colder product can be fed into the dosing cylinders. A colder product means more even distribution of inclusions, which neither float nor sink. A lower temperature also means higher overrun, and higher line capacity are possible.

Enhances hygiene, saves time and labour

The system is completely enclosed, and designed to enable full Cleaning in Place (CIP). Automatic cleaning is more reliable than manual cleaning, and it saves time and effort, since there is no need to dismantle and reassemble the system.

Gives high dosing accuracy with low giveaway

The incoming ice cream is agitated while being divided into the number of lanes needed for filling. This, combined with highly accurate fill valve control ensures that exactly the right amount of ice cream is fed into each cone or cup, with a standard deviation below 1.5%.

Enables range of different sizes and shapes

Filling speeds, timings and dosing volumes are all servo controlled. This makes it possible to achieve any product’s volume and shape (within the range of the module) according to a pre-set recipe. Lot’s of different products can be made, without changing any mechanical parts.

Enables moulded products with large inclusions

Large openings in the dosing valve enable hard inclusions of up to 15 mm, and soft inclusions of up to 20 mm. Thanks to this innovation, inclusion size is no longer limited by the bottom filler, only by the design of the mould.

Double set of dosing pistons and nozzle design

Enables several combinations of two flavours

If producing an ice cream with two flavours, a double set of dosing pistons can handle each flavour individually. This means you can have different amounts of each flavour, and combine the flavours in different ways: side by side, one inside the other, one on top of the other, or in a zebra pattern.
