Tetra Pak® High Volume Batch Mixer equipped with the Tetra Pak® Big Bag Liquefier is a complete batch mixer with tailored liquefying technology that tackles lumps including:

  • Tetra Pak® Big Bag Liquefier
  • Dust extraction ERS
  • Mixing tank
  • Recirculation mixing and Brix monitoring
  • Radial jet mixer

 

Tetra Pak® Big Bag Liquefier is also available for batch solutions based on hydraulic conveying such as:

  • Tetra Pak® Preparation System B-EXT
  • Tetra Pak® Mixer RJCI 4X

Capacity:

Tetra Pak® High Volume Batch Mixer is available in three tank sizes: 5 000, 10 000, and 15 000 litres. Other tank sizes on request.

 

Typical applications can be:

Powders packed in big bags such as sugar, dextrose or citric acid.
