Tetra Pak® Grainy Cheese Vat OC is designed for making curd in cheese batch production lines. It is dedicated to various types of fresh and soft cheeses characterized by delicate curd and regular curd size, like for example cottage cheese.
The Tetra Pak Grainy Cheese Vat OC enhance traditional cheese making scenarios, where operator can closely intervene with the process. By applying individual production parameters given by a certain recipe, the Tetra Pak Grainy Cheese Vat OC can produce different types of cheeses with different properties.
