Northern Ireland dairy cooperative Dale Farm strengthened its growth plans with a £70m investment at their Dunman cheddar processing facility – expanding capacity while protecting day-to-day operations.
Together with us, Dale Farm designed, installed and integrated a second cheddar cheese line – including milk pasteurizers, cheese vats, a cheddaring machine, block formers, tanks and storage equipment, plus a whey station with pasteurization, filtration and separation. A new automation system was implemented to provide better plant visibility, improved usability for operators and more data to support ongoing performance improvements.
With clear milestones and close collaboration between Dale Farm, an independent construction partner and our team, the project was completed ahead of schedule and without disrupting production.
