Fragile, sticky or soft? Tetra Pak® Ingredient Doser 4000 A3 is ready to handle anything from cinnamon and chocolate flakes to rum raisins and cherries. That means you can let your innovative spirit run free – and create the groundbreakingly yummy ice cream products your consumers crave.

Reduced start-up waste by 67%

Direct drive, rotating agitator, star-shaped outlet – our new doser is designed for full control of inclusion flow. You reach your set point up to 3 times faster*, so you can always stay very close to your target value – and eliminate 30 seconds of product waste.

Ingredient doser agitator

11% lower energy consumption

Expect a reduced energy consumption. The agitator and auger motor of Tetra Pak® Ingredient Doser 4000 A3 consume 11% less energy than the IE3 regulatory standard*. The doser is rated IE5+, the highest possible energy-efficiency rating.

Quick facts

Continuous and accurate injection of inclusions into ice cream.

Capacity:

- Throughput of inclusions: 15 to 1200 litres/hour

- Product flow: 1000 to 10000 litres/hour

- Maximum inclusion size: 32 mm

 

Applications:

Handles a wide variety of inclusions – fruit pieces, nuts, cookies, wine gums, cinnamon and more – which can be injected into ice cream or other foods, such as peanut butter, cream cheese or mayonnaise.
