Accurate, repeatable ice cream filling for smaller producers
Tetra Pak® Ice Cream Robot Filler M2 is an entry-level automated filling solution for smaller producers looking to step up from manual filling. A multi-dimensional robot arm fills and decorates a wide range of ice cream, yoghurt ice cream, sorbet, sherbet and plant-based frozen desserts – from small cups and cones to family packs and 12-litre tubs.
Innovative design elements make product changeovers smooth and facilitate fast format switching. The robot control system stores endless filling motions and timings. A variety of nozzles supports a broad product spectrum.
Standard deviation of 1 percent or less, against 3 percent or more for manual filling, greatly reduces overfilling and free product giveaway.* The enclosed, guarding-free design has IP 65 protection on the robot arm and complies with 3-A and EHEDG hygiene standards. Together, these attributes make cleaning fast and inspection straightforward, while easing the physical demands on operators.

Quick facts
The highly manoeuvrable robot gives precise control via a 3-D filling motion in linear and rotational planes. This guides the filling nozzle in all directions to ensure perfect decoration patterns for every product.
A compact footprint of just 1.65m x 1.3m supports easy installation and scaling as production demand grows. New robots and existing motion profiles can be incorporated with minimal disruption.
Capacity: 10-12 tubs/minute for a basic 1-litre tub setup, or 8 tubs/minute for an advanced 5-litre tub setup.
Applications: Ice cream, yoghurt ice cream, sorbet, sherbet and plant-based frozen desserts, with support for low to high viscosity products and inclusions of up to 10 or 16 mm.
