Use your skills in data analytics, problem solving, project management and leadership to continuously improve and maintain the performance of converting transformation processes. You’ll work both independently and as part of teams.

Quality Engineer
Our Quality Engineers apply advanced, innovative quality loss prevention methodologies, digital tools, statistical methods and automated process control. A key focus of their role is improving the quality of production, as well as handling customer issues and claims and ensuring critical issue prevention. They participate in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and focus on actions to reduce total waste.

Maintenance Engineer
You’ll use technical expertise to maintain and improve safety and quality performance as well as productivity of converting lines. Applying the principles of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) you’ll investigate the root causes of technical issues and use your knowledge and creativity to look for innovative solutions. You will play a critical role in prevention of breakdowns while optimising uptime and costs of maintenance.

Automation Engineer
You’ll be responsible for breakdown, preventive and predictive maintenance, advanced troubleshooting and continuous improvements. Working hand in hand with Tetra Pak central organisation you will implement converting equipment modification, upgrades and installations. Being part of a cross-functional team, you’ll represent the technical side in developing advanced solutions to improve the quality of our products and the efficiency and reliability of our machines.

WCM Engineer
As a World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the development, application and enhancement of continuous improvement methodologies across the factory. You’ll lead and participate in various projects and WCM/TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities, while also training, auditing and coaching the factory team.
