Adolfo Orive

Adolfo has been President & CEO of Tetra Pak since April 2019. With a career spanning over two decades at Tetra Pak, he has led various functions and businesses across geographies

Playing a fundamental role in defining the company’s strategy, Adolfo has been a driving force behind the company’s purpose – to commit to make food safe and available everywhere, and to Protect Whats Good - protecting food, people and the planet.

Adolfo is based in Lausanne, Switzerland. Originally from Mexico, he has a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Ibero-American University (IBERO) and a master’s degree in business administration from Mexico Autonomous Institute of Technology (ITAM).

Executive Vice President for Processing Solutions & Equipment

Charles Brand

Charles has been Executive Vice President for Processing Solutions & Equipment since November 2021. He was previously Vice President for Europe & Central Asia and a member of the former Global Leadership Team.

He joined the company in 1985 as an Electronics Development Engineer. He later held positions including Executive Vice President of Product Management & Commercial Operations and Managing Director of Tetra Pak Taiwan.

Charles is based in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is British and has a degree in electrical engineering from the Lund Institute of Technology.

Executive Vice President for Finance & Supplier Management

Bruce Burrows

Bruce has been Executive Vice President for Finance & Supplier Management since November 2021. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President for Finance, Supplier Management & Business Transformation and member of the former Global Leadership Team.

Bruce joined the company in 1995 as a Management Accountant based in South Africa and previously held several senior management positions.

Bruce is based in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is South African and has degrees in commerce and accounting from the University of Natal. He is also a Certified Chartered Accountant (South Africa), Chartered Management Accountant (UK) and Certified Global Management Accountant (USA).

Executive Vice President for Packaging Solutions

Ola Elmqvist

Ola has been Executive Vice President for Packaging Solutions since November 2021. He was previously Executive Vice President for Processing Solutions & Equipment and member of the former Global Leadership Team.

Ola started his career as a Production Management Trainee at the Lund Tetra Pak factory in 1990. He later held positions including Vice President Business Unit Liquid Food, Vice President Supply Chain Operations in Greater China and Managing Director Tetra Pak South-Eastern Europe.

Ola is based in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is Swedish and has a master’s degree in electronic and electrical engineering from the Lund Institute of Technology.

Executive Vice President for Services

Roberto Franchitti

Roberto has been Executive Vice President for Services since November 2021. He was previously Executive Vice President for Services & Quality and a member of the former Global Leadership Team.

Roberto joined the company in 2007 as a Programme Manager in Development & Engineering. He went on to hold positions including Vice President Carton Value & Economy Platform and Cluster Leader Services, South Europe.

Roberto is based in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is Italian/British and has a degree in mechanical engineering from Anglia Ruskin University.

Executive Vice President for Sustainability & Communications

Lars Holmquist

Lars has been Executive Vice President for Sustainability & Communications since November 2021. He was previously Executive Vice President for Packaging Solutions & Commercial Operations and a member of the former Global Leadership Team.

Lars joined the company in 1991 as a Management Trainee. He went on to hold positions including Vice President Marketing for Europe and Central Asia and Managing Director for Tetra Pak Adria and Tetra Pak South-Eastern Europe.

Lars is based in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is Swedish and has a master’s degree in industrial marketing and mechanical engineering from Chalmers University of Technology.

Executive Vice President for Market Operations

Tatiana Liceti

Tatiana has been Executive Vice President for Market Operations since November 2021. She was previously Vice President for the Americas and a member of the former Global Leadership Team.

She joined the company in 1998 and went on to hold a number of senior management positions including Managing Director of Tetra Pak Mexico, Tetra Pak Andina and Tetra Pak Peru.

Tatiana is based in Lausanne, Switzerland. She is Peruvian and has a master’s degree in business administration from Babson College, Massachusetts.

Executive Vice President for Development & Technology

Laurence Mott

Laurence has been Executive Vice President for Development & Technology since November 2021. Prior to that he was Executive Vice President for Development & Engineering and a member of the former Global Leadership Team.

Laurence joined Tetra Pak in 2001 as Aseptic Technology Manager. He later held positions including Vice President Packaging Technologies and Vice President Carton Bottle & Gable Top Packaging Platform.

Laurence is based in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is British and has a PhD in fibre science and mechanics from the University of Maine and a master’s of science from the University of Wales.

Executive Vice President for Human Resources & Transformation

Phil Read

Phil has been Executive Vice President for Human Resources & Transformation since November 2021. He was previously Senior Vice President for Human Resources (HR) and member of the former Global Leadership Team. He is also Group HR Officer for the Tetra Laval Group.

Phil joined the company in 2008 as Vice President HR Supply Chain, following careers with Dow Chemical and Novartis Pharmaceuticals, and was later appointed Vice President HR Packaging Solutions.

Phil is based in the UK. He is British and has two master’s degrees – one in natural sciences from Cambridge University and the other in international policy from the University of Bristol.
