Faulty units are automatically diverted from the main flow, reducing operator dependency and ensuring only compliant products continue downstream. Intelligent monitoring of the reject conveyor provides an additional layer of protection: if capacity is reached, the system automatically stops the line and issues an alarm. This ensures controlled reject handling, prevents overflow, and supports reliable, uninterrupted production.
