    The three shapes in the Tetra Gemina® Aseptic family – Square, Leaf, and Crystal – and all four sizes can be produced on the same filling machine, giving you great production flexibility. Volume Conversion Kits allow you to change package shape faster than changing the entire line, and if you need to change between sizes of the same shape, QuickChange™ kits increases your daily operational flexibility – helping you keep pace with the changing demands of your market.

    What’s the secret behind the package’s great pouring performance and high consumer functionality? A wide opening that allows the right flow of liquid, and sufficient air entry, to prevent gulping . And with a cap on the slanted top, it can be poured with less tilt and a faster, more vertical pour.

    Recycled materials

    Recycling is an important part of circularity and for it to be effective, food packages need to be recyclable by design. To achieve this, we’re designing our paper-based carton packages for recycling, increasing the fibre content and use of recycled materials. Using certified recycled polymers in food packaging is an important step towards transforming waste into new resources, decreasing reliance on virgin, fossil-based materials and helping to keep plastic out of landfills. It’s all part of our ambition to create the world’s most sustainable food package.1
