As a global business, we have a diverse range of stakeholders – our employees, customers, consumers, workers in our supply chain, policymakers, academics and more.
We have made it our priority to attract and retain the best talent, promote wellbeing and ensure a diverse and inclusive culture where all employees can thrive, learn and grow. We are also committed to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment through strong occupational health and safety practices and our ongoing goal of continually reducing accidents and work‑related ill health.
We work closely with customers, consumers and partners to help shape more responsible and resilient food systems. Through collaboration across sourcing, packaging, recycling and innovation, we support solutions that improve food access, reduce waste and advance circular economy infrastructure.
By combining consumer insights with technical expertise and cross-sector partnerships, we help create sustainable value across the food and beverage value chain.
We work with industry organisations, non-governmental and international organisations (NGOs and IGOs) and multi-stakeholder initiatives around the world to raise awareness of sustainability issues, promote good practices and support specific projects.
Tetra Pak conducts all engagement activities and collaborations in line with the goals of the Paris Agreement. This helps position Tetra Pak to drive towards one of our key sustainability priorities - a low-carbon circular economy1.
We require all suppliers to commit to our Supplier Code of Conduct, which sets out our expectations in areas such as human rights, labour standards, occupational health and safety, environmental management and business ethics. In 2025, we made significant updates to our Supplier Code, underlining our commitment to the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. We use Sedex and EcoVadis methodologies to identify and monitor social, environmental and ethical supply chain risks, assess supplier compliance and support continuous improvement.
