New food sources have huge potential for helping to diversify diets and transform the global system. Our expertise in food processing and packaging allows us to support the development of these new food sources and help to scale production of alternative proteins. Working with the public, private and academic sectors, we are exploring and facilitating much-needed innovation in protein diversification and food system transformation.
