However, we are concerned with issues in certain areas, such as speed of change, process and customer focus, especially as these are key to our Strategy 2030. We addressed and communicated action items quickly and will run two shorter electronic "Pulse" surveys in 2020 to check the effectiveness of these actions and to correct our course if needed.
