Find out how to get your cartons recycled into building materials
Carton bottles offer a host of advantages that make them the superior choice for brands and consumers alike. Lightweight, and derived predominantly from renewable sources such as sugarcane and paperboard, they help lower your carbon footprint while satisfying the demands of sustainability-conscious consumers. They’re great to hold, easy to drink from, and can be filled with functional, flavoured, and unflavoured water too, ensuring they’re a convenient fit for to today’s busy, on-the-go lifestyles.
The Tetra Top carton water bottle gives you unparalleled opportunities to differentiate your product from other water bottles on the market. Made of carton and with a 360° printing surface, it offers a huge range of creative design possibilities to create a distinct look and feel for your product. The rounded corners and elegant profile really make Tetra Top stand out on the shelf, while a new translucent cap option strengthens its unique water carton identity.
The Tetra Top carton water bottle is mainly made of renewable resources such as paperboard and polymers derived from sugarcane, as are the cap and top, meaning that the materials used to make it grow back. This also ensures that the whole bottle is recyclable, where adequate collection, sorting, and recycling infrastructures are in place. As a result, Tetra Top offers producers a significantly lower carbon footprint compared to PET plastic bottles, setting a new standard for functional, flavoured, and unflavoured water packaging.
Built on an ultra-high-hygiene (UHH) level well suited for ambient distribution, this filling machine has been developed to make the packaging of natural still water for ambient distribution (up to 12 months shelf life) possible. A two-line filling machine producing 9,000 packages per hour, dual line technology means you can run a CIP cycle on one side while filling on the other, while switching between volumes with QuickChange™ takes just five minutes (automatic adjustment is required).
