DuraCirc has class-leading flow and pressure capabilities that yield a high volumetric efficiency. Low NPSHr significantly reduces the risk of harmful cavitation, and our Uni-fit option allows retrofitting to third-party equipment. Plus flow rates up to 150 m3 /hr and maximum operating pressure up to 40 bar – 15% higher than anyone else’s.

Outstanding hygienic design and certifications meet exacting standards

DuraCirc complies with a wide range of international hygienic, safety, quality control and environmental standards. Its stainless-steel construction eliminates crevices or product/bug traps and reduces the risk of contamination, with easier cleaning and more efficient CIP. It features profiled compression elastomers, optimized seal location, complete drainability in a vertical port configuration, and FDA-conforming lubricant.

Keep it flowing: fast, easy cleaning and maintenance for minimal downtime

Everything is easy when it comes to maintenance, with a truly front-loading, self-setting single seal, allowing quick and easy changes without removing the pump. Rotor refitting is equally quick and easy, with no need to re-measure head clearances or reset timing. Only a single lubricant is required (not two), with an oil change interval of 3,000 hours. Add long-life bearings, interchangeable parts, and external adjustment shimming, and you have an uptime champion.
